How may I put this experience in My CV and SOP. Need the suggestions.

I have teaching experience of around 1.5 year for undergraduate ( Bsc.CSIT & BCA ) , I have not even joined the master. I did my bachelors in Computer Engineering. It is all my skills and knowledge that students accepted me with ease and college offered me to teach 3 different subjects like ( Discrete Structure, Computer Architecture and Artificial Intelligence ). Although it is not recommended that teacher who just completed their bachelors a year ago, & let them teach the bachelors, but somehow I got it and now, it is going pretty well.
