Housing around FH Aachen

Hello everyone!

I’ll be joining FH Aachen for MSc Mechatronics Engineering in the Winter 2026 intake and will be moving to Aachen around October 2026.

I’m currently trying to understand the accommodation situation in Aachen, especially for students looking for a private 1-room/studio place.

If anyone here is already in Aachen or has recently gone through the accommodation process, I’d love to hear about your experience and any tips or resources you found useful!
