Form a group with a few students that are finalizing the university. The current students at the university might be looking for roommates. Talk to them. They might help you out. Ask them for accommodations nearby. Current students are one of your best sources of information. Another way is to search on the university websites. Many universities have a list of off-campus housing. Check these websites. After getting all the info, contact the property manager, and ask a current student to verify or a friend who is staying nearby to send a video of the apartment. Only after verification, sign a lease.

Another option is Local Homestays. Homestays can be organized through universities or through companies that specialize in this type of accommodation. A homestay family will give you a place to stay as well as access to their common areas. It can provide overseas students with a home as well as a family to get to know and learn from during their studies.

You can also stay at the on-campus housing. This can be a bit expensive. Just register at your university website for on-campus housing. The university will provide you with all the details.
