I have Admits from NYU($4K scholarship per year) and RIT($8360 per yr) and Portland state university for MS EE...which should I prefer considering research,internship and job opportunities.

Which ee courses at NYU are best...I read that their communication program is top notch..and I can choose it if I want

Specialization? Poly and Portland are good for VLSI

VLSI PoSU is the best. Course at RIT is rigorous and hectic. Plenty of assignments . They make you perfect fit for jobs. Same with CS also and IST. NYU has only prestige and probably higher ranking in general EE.
