Most of the universities deadlines close in the month of March in the US. So, you’ve still got time to apply. If you’re amidst the paperwork process, you should be able to apply by then.

Hi Prashant,

All the test scores must be submitted  by the deadline, for your application to be considered complete and to be reviewed. If the university asks for unofficial scores, you can upload the score cards pdf to the application while submitting. If they ask for official scores to be sent directly, ensure it reaches the university before deadline - which means process it min 10 days prior submitting your complete application, to avoid delays, as at times the official scores take time to reach the universities.

For some universities decisions will be out within 2 - 3 weeks, while some even take around 2 months. Therefore, if you applying for final round of deadline ( March ) It’s just that you’ll have less time to wait for decisions from all universities. In this case, many go ahead with the university from which they get accepted first, to avoid last minute tension & uncertainty.

No it's not that late YET.
it's February rightnow, so you must make haste and start your shortlisting and applying process before the end of March, once yuou have done that, you will recieve your response by April, and thus after that you can apply for visa and you'll be ready to fly to the US by August for fall 2023.
