UT Arlington, RIT, IIT are kind safe for  your score, Texas tech is somewhat ambitious but give it a try

I'd suggest you to try for cal state Long Beach and riverside, they're not top 100 but you get good job opportunities..

Best are Univ of cal- sandiego, Irvine and southern Cal University which are very very Ambitious for your score. Try for UNCC its really better than many Texas universities and atrainable

My 2 cents -->

I am gonna give you my honest opinion.
With a GRE of 298 your chance of getting into a prime university is extremely tenuous.
You must retake the GRE.
I know it might be hard but it would be worth it.
With 298 you will at best into feckless lower to shit grade university.

A) Take the above advice ->if you choose to go with this advice (I hope you do) then you will start prepping for the GRE without wasting another damn moment.

Sjsu, Neu would be ambi for pursuing MS CS as per your profile. UTD- ambi (but as it's GPA centric you may give it a shot)...you should also consider NYIT.
