Check the FAQ page there is an option to print the cover page. But i think you are little late now already. You should have send it by today atleast.

Yeah i just send mine today via DHL Express.. It cost me 2025/-... And estimated delivery time is 13th Jan

Here is the snippet from FAQ 
"What happens if all or part of my application for a Master’s program arrives after the application deadline?

If you decide to submit your application or supplemental materials after the deadline, please note that it will be considered late. The university will do its best to review your application but will not be able to guarantee that your file will be reviewed for the term to which you have applied."

"Can I mail my transcripts without a USC ID Number?

We strongly recommend including the 10-digit USC ID number on your transcripts to make sure it gets attached to your application. However, if you are close to the application deadline and your USC ID is not available, transcripts can be sent with: 1) your name as it appears in the USC application, 2) your date of birth (month/day/year), 3) the email address you used in the application, and 4) the name of the program to which you are applying.

Official, sealed transcripts must be received by USC by the final application deadlines."

here is what I read and confirmed by university mail too "Do you need to receive all my application materials by the application deadline? Usually the deadline refers only to the date by which the application itself must be admitted. We understand that some supporting materials will arrive later than others. "
