Bro.. Improve gre score ( a lot) .. Take some good experience(may be in the company u already are in or any other company but your work is to be more of CS based) and an excellent sop with a good reason stating why u have backlogs should get u a good uni.. In ur case experience and gre shud cover u up.. If possible try for fall 2021, and by then get everything prepped up

Hey, do remember that the No. of backlogs is not equal to the number of failed attempts. There are approx. 48 subjects in the 4 years of curriculum.

@parkerdown you can try Uk universities they do not ask for transcripts instead ask for  consolidated saved by a technicality i would say.  with 41 backlogs i believe there must have been some other passion you were pursuing i hope you find the passion as a course nowadays courses are narrowed down
