The Vice-Chancellor & President of King’s College London, Professor Shitij Kapur, has launched a new scholarship scheme for PGT students domiciled in India.
The award scheme will be piloted in India, a key target country identified in the Government’s International Education Strategy, to increase representation of PGT students domiciled there, at King’s.
The programme is envisioned as a global scheme that will attract the brightest minds from all over the world, starting with India, as part of the targeted work King’s is undertaking to advance world-leading education and serve the needs of society, delivering tangible impact locally, nationally and globally.
The Vice-Chancellor & President of King’s College London, Professor Shitij Kapur further added: "Having a diverse student population mix, made up of home and international students contributes to the thriving community at King’s, and supports diversity of thought and the coming together of those with differing lived experiences."
