That wouldn't be much of a problem if you had done well on Duolingo, but it would be preferable if you took the IELTS and GRE instead because they are recognised by all universities.

I have scored 120 in Duolingo and my undergrad CGPA is also parallel with it.
I have got admits from some universities like University of Central Missouri and Missouri State University but just asking if it could be difficult at visa interview

So i have written Duolingo.

See, Duolingo might not be a preferrable choice, but as long as you score well in it and have your other scores and documents in good shape, you should not face any difficulties during Visa Interview.
Universities prefer IELTS amd TOEFL over Duolinog, but it might not create a huge issue.
