Which uni is better for business courses?

Question

So I have received my offer from MMU and University if Surrey for my masters in business course( I have received other offers as well but dont want to go there and these two are my final shortlisted unis). MMU is triple crown accredited business school whereas Surrey is not. I've seen both the courses , MMU is more focused on practical life whereas Surrey is not. Can anyone give me some insight on university of Surrey? Like is the business school good or what is the placement rate or how it is? Hey! Congrats on your admits into MMU and USurrey! MMU is a top 90 business school for marketing according to the QS world rankings for business! U Surrey is a good school, but compared to MMU, I think it lacks the lustre. Practical experience is more useful than theoretical, and since MMU provides you with it, its a great positive! Cost of living in Manchester is also 10% less than living in Surrey, so that's another pro for MMU. Also, how can you give up the opportunity of living in a city with two of the greatest football giants in Europe? According to me, MMU is a much better option. Sure U Surrey is a great school in its own terms, but compared to the other, it shouldn't be the top choice unless you're studying there for free.
