Which is better?

Admits from UChicago MScA, NEU MS- DAE and CU Boulder MSDS

Which one should I go for? UChicago course is the shortest which is my only concern(15 month)

I got admits from 1.) University of South florida(MsCs)- No funding , costs around 23-25 lakhs

2.) University of Cincinnati (MengCs)- 1 year course with 9.5k scholarship ,Costs around 15 lakhs Which should I go for

Looking for MS in Computer science in USA for FALL 2022 GRE -324 DUOLINGO- 120 BTECH/CSE - CGPA-6.81(76.4%) 2020 PASSOUT 1 year work experience as of now. Please suggest me universities.
