Can you please help me with the shortlisting of the universities which provides scholarships on the basis of IELTS for computer science My CGPA is 7.6 Expected IELTS score is 6.5 Expected Duolingo score is 125

No university provides scholarships on basis of IELTS. Basically IELTS is just an English proficiency exam which just says you know proper English that's all if you have the required scores. See more
