UNC Charlotte Application Missing

Question

I recently applied to UNCC. I have submitted everything. 
Now I recieved a Mail stating that
 “ Missing Item(s)
Official English Test Scores Meeting Minimum Score Requirements”
My english Test was Toefl and I have a score of 97.
What should I do now.
