UIC vs UIC global

One of my friend have received admit from UIC Global through one of study abroad consultant for Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Now he is totally confused and in dilemma, whether University of Illinois Chicago is same or different than UIC Global. Does anyone have been in the same boat? Kindly guide.
