so my utd app changed from awaiting  documents to graduate committee review. what does this mean cause I have seen people getting admit directly from awaiting documents?

That's okay..it just went for committee review..just wait for a decision from them

Not necessary, universities get thousands of application every year, in very rare cases when they send an application for review they forget to mark it so people don't get a notification like some of your friends directly got to know about their admission decision, sometimes they send you a notification a little late after it has been sent for review, this could be your case
