SJSU MSSE FALL 2024 Application Status (Refer as Special action-Clear)

Hi folks, I have applied to MSSE program for Fall 2024 intake at SJSU on October 6th 2023. My application status has been "Refer as Special action-Clear" since 2 months. Does anyone have any idea about the above status and how long it takes for the decision to come? I guess i meet their program requirements and i am hoping for an admit. Any help is appreciated.
