Should i defer or not

Question

I have an admit from Dalhousie university for MDI in fall intake but i havent applied for visa yet waiting for my results of 8th semester, by 21 june i will apply for visa so keeping in mind 3 months criteria for visa acceptance i will have visa by 21 sept but classes start on 6 septemeber so should i defer my intake to next year because the deadline is 1 august to defer.

No, You should not defer.
I think the 3-month visa acceptance is a rumor. I did not find any official statement about this. According to the official statement- "you can apply again at any time unless your decision letter says you can't. ". Do not listen to these rumors. Instead, focus on why were you rejected the 1st time and improve on that in the 2nd visa interview.
