Roommate Needed Near UB South Campus
Location: 38 Heath Street (near UB South Campus)
Private Room in a 3-Bedroom 1-Bathroom House
Currently, 2 girls are occupying the other 2 rooms and we're both working professionals (ub alumni). We're looking for roommate to occupy the 3rd room, preferably someone who can commit for a year.
Lease Term: Aug 1 July 31, 2027 (extendable beyond)
Also open to subleasing for the month of July or earlier if needed.
