Query regarding Interview scheduling with TRU after Pre-assessment.

Hello, does anyone know when your profile has been shortlisted after pre-assessment by TRU for an interview for an MBA programme. Does the institution offer interview slots every week, or does one have to reserve the days that are listed as available for the particular week you received the email for scheduling it, itself? If someone could throw some light on my query, it will be of great help. Thankyou
