No GRE, Toefl:111/120, CGPA:9.6, 4-5 Deployed projects and nearly two years experience. I do not have research papers. Can I apply for UC Davis or UC santa barbara for MS-CS?
If yes, are there any similar universities i can target?
If no, any university that i can target with my profile? #admissions #courses
