Please help me choose between UW Madison and Northeastern University

Question

I have received an admit from University of Wisconsin Madison for MS Information and Northeastern University for MS Information Systems. The ranking and fees are better for UWM than NEU but I am also consider the location of Boston. I would really appreciate if anyone could help me suggest which one should I prefer
