Passport number update in Visa application!

Hi, I have made a typo in entering my Passport number in my Visa Application form, whereas my DS-160 is filled up alright. Can anyone guide me how do I rectify this as I have already secured an interview date and I can't update my profile now. Can one update the Passport number on the day of the OFC with the help of officials there by showing the correct documents?..
