Hey, I am a NIOS Board student from India and want to study in Australia for my bachelor's
Does Deakin university in Melbourne accept NIOS students? And if not, what other colleges accept NIOS Students in aus or NZ?

Happy to see your interest in studying abroad. 
Yes, many foriegn Universities do accept an NIOS certificate as long as you are able to present all the valid transcripts with a GPA conversion.

One great way to be sure is to mail your education counsellor from your target University and be clear on the eligibility requirements.
