NEU or NCSU for MS ECE

I have been admitted to MS Computer Vison,ML and Algorithms at Northeastern University,Boston and MS Signal Processing and Computational Intelligence(ML Track) at NCSU,Raleigh.
Which one has a better course for the specialisation of Signal Processing using ML/Computer Vision?

Both are great programs ncsu is generally more reputed than NEU
