Need advice from ur guys

Heyy , arman here actually i wanna study in germany but from this year onwards they have applied a new criteria 70% in 12 whixh i didnt qualify nd for the improvement xms i have to score 60/70 in chem for 70% or give two improvement xms for two consecutive years, so basically i would need suggestion from some seniors what should i do ( u guys can suggest me anything like to drop the plan , aim another country or whatever)
