Question

Hi, i have completed my Bachelors in Computer science engineering with 6.3 CGPA(10), i have cleared 27 backlogs in my btech. Now i am willing to take Computer science as my masters. Can i get an Admit. Can anyone suggest me any universities and i taken a GRE and TOEFL tests .

Your not eligible for any university in the us most unis require 70 percent and unless you are from an iit and have good publication I suggest trying for gate

I would suggest taking courses like ITM or of similar sort because CS is not easy. And you may end up scoring bad.😔

Your CGPA isn't that good, but your GRE and TOEFL scores are decent enough so that should make up for it.

I'm suggesting some Universties you can check out:

I) Ambitious choices:
i. Syracuse University
ii. Clemson University
iii. University at Buffalo SUNY

II) Moderate/Target choices:
i. CCNY
ii. Wichita State University
iii. University of Alabama, Huntsville

III) Safe Choices:
i. Northern Illinois University
ii. California State University, Fresno
iii. San Jose State University

If you want to aim high and get into the best University, make sure to build your profile accordingly. 
You need to overshadow your low CGPA completely, you can do that by writing an excellend SOP, attach good LORs and mention Work Experience.
