Ms in AI/data science university chances

Hey guys, my percentage in my btech is 72. Is there any chance for me to get into Universities like Northwestern, Northeastern, NJIT.. etc.. When I convert this into 4 point scale, i am getting 2.88 as my gpa. I am thinking of enrolling into ai masters and I have 3 years of experience in the same field. Thanks in advance.
