Hi Karteek,
Brimingham City's course is a more demanding degree generally. However, this also reflects that City has a stronger research focus, and it has close links with the City of London which makes it easier to find internships and jobs. Birmingham City University also ranks higher on the League tables for CS at #89 as compared to Middlesex.
