Both US and UK are very attractive abroad destinations for students to pursue masters. Deciding between two will be dependent on your career and financial choices. Typically, you can complete studies in 1 year in UK while it takes up to 2 years for the same in US. The top specializations in UK are computer science and finance whereas in US they would be computer science and IT engineering. The average tuition fee is around £15,000-35,000 per year and $20,000 per year in UK and US respectively. Your chances of getting selected into universities in either of the countries will be depending on your profile but US definitely has more number of universities than UK so you will be having wide range of options to choose from. In terms of living expenses, UK is cheaper than US.
