May be yes! But still you can try for this. But by the end of October you must have your offer Letter ready, so you can initiate i20 process. Universities will take almost 4-6 week to reply

One thing you can do further. Just apply now and in case if you receiving offer after October then you can defer your intake for Fall 2025. But you should read for this becoz some of the Universities will not allotment for defer the term. So look closely and then apply
