Insight on planning for Fall 2023 - MS in US/Canada

I am planning to do my MS in CS in US/Canada for Fall 2023 intake. I have a preference for Canada. I am currently working in a reputed IT company and will have around 25 months of experience by next year March. I also have a CGPA of 8.3 in my B.Tech - CSE. I plan to write my GRE & IELTS in August 2022 and apply for Universities as soon as applications open. I would like some insight on how I could use the next 2 months to get ready for the application procedure and tips to better my chances to get good Uni's in Canada.
