IELTS Academic Paper-Based Test

Question

Hi All, I am due to take the IELTS Academic Paper-Based Test next week, and would like some info/tips on how to get  good score. Also, I wasn't able to register for the Computer-based version. Does that put me at a disadvantage? #IELTS

how can this be disadvantageous? It's the same. Moreover, you'll get more time (10 mins) in the listening section. Apart from that everything will be the same. Yes, be careful in writing section try to be tidy.

My IELTS has expired, so I've given both and I was more comfortable with the paper based as we were trained to read from books since childhood (easier to keep focus). IELTS academic reading is a little challenging, so try to stay focused.

My only tip for you: As, paper based is longer (takes time to distribute papers etc) approx 3 to 3.5 hours so try to give proper 1 or 2 mock exams, it will highly benefit you.

Never take the pen and paper test.

As per my view it won't be disadvantage, Be natural while speaking that's only going to give a good band... Apart from this, maintain the time in reading
