I am no expert in GIS and remote sensing field for funding. For funding in general, your area of interest for a master's research should align with the professor. This way the professor might consider you to take part in his lab and get a scholarship or a Teaching assistant/ research assistant position. 
If you are not able to get a reply from yocket aspirants what I would suggest is to connect with students from the universities that have the GIS program on linkedin.
