You Have Really good GPA to apply to any University, But Since you Mentioned that you don't have relevant Work Exp and Data Science being a research field , So your Work exp has no weightage for Your Admit. To get Into any Good Uni for CSE atleast nowadays GRE is 325+ , Which is Possible with 2-3 Months of Solid Preparation. Most good Colleges don't Provide CSE for Spring, So Your Best Bet is FALL as You Still have Time to Prepare for GRE . If you could write GRE and Language tests by Sept/October and Be Done With Application by Oct end or November Beginning, You'll be Good to Go. and Also You'll have time to Gain Workexp in data science.
