I have received a mail from University of new heaven to pay application fee usd 50. Can I prefer that University for masters.

I have some friends that got into that university and some of them changed university,they kept it as a backup plan in case any othet university didn't work out So try for a better one but if unfortunately you dont get one only then go for it. Though it is not a bad university in any sense if you think it suits your needs you can still go for it See more
