Among "I have completed my graduation vs I completed my grafuation", which one should I use for interviews or is the most used?

Hi, So I'd like to not say I have completed my graduation or I completed my graduation else you can remove my and use sentence like, I have graduated, will make more sense like your sentence is not grammatically incorrect but saying a past tense like that will make more sense as you will be talking about yourself only in your Interviews.
