UC Berkeley comes in top 10, it requires good cgpa with good Gre and a good profile with some research paper internship etc. Although university admission criteria is never officially known so anyone can take a chance

LMAO UC Berkeley with 297 GRE. Even IITians with your cgpa have a hard time getting into UC B. You GRE is way below average and your college is unknown. Please don't waste your money by applying there.
