How common are application fee waivers?

I intend to apply to a maximum of ten graduate schools, which will cost me upwards of $1,000 in application costs. I'm curious how common it is to receive a favorable response to a fee waiver request. Is there a list (or spreadsheet) of the schools that provide fee waivers? #masters #ms #bachelors #phd #MSCS
