I did applied with non collateral. The bank associate takes required documents of co applicant assume that he is salaried employee then they will request you to submit co-op's Form 16, previous 3months salary slips, Detailed bank statement of 6months, Pan card and also they evaluates if co-op has persoanl or any other loan. Intrest rate will vary based on cibil score and. loan amount will be based on I20 amount and co-op salary. Your documents will be needed especially I20 and other required documents like PAN, aadhar etc. It takes 2-3 weeks for the loan process if all documents are provided within timeframe.
