U shud mention if its relevant to Ur aspiring major in MS. Also get an LOR from a person of higher authority wherever U r doing the internship. All the points about internship U mention in Ur SOP should be justified in the LOR.  For example:
SOP - I have increased the efficiency of code by 30%.
LOR- She has contributed especially in improving the response time of application.
