It depends on the type of job you want to do. If you want to work in automobile industry go with mechanical engineering or a managment role like in OPS or Supply Chain go with MEM.

If you are confused, you should first do some research . Explore your interests then decide on a course and university instead of just going for the sake of going. Check the curriculums ,subjects of universities. Find out about the job prospects of the course you want to do, talk to people and alumni. Know your strengths and weaknesses. You gave a good gre score and it's valid for 5 years ,so take your time then apply.
