Hi Has anyone applied to University of Pittsburgh for Ms in CS and got a mail from them asking to ad

Hi
Has anyone applied to University of Pittsburgh for Ms in CS and got a mail from them asking to add other options in your application like Information Sciences and Telecommunications, and then the university will send the application for respective faculty review including to CS department. Does this mean it’s a reject for CS?
