Hi guys! I have applied for MS in EE fall 2017.
Admits: NCSU, ASU and USC(spring 2018).
Specialisation: signal processing and machine learning.
1. Please suggest which is better in machine learning, NCSU or ASU? (faculty and research prospects)
2. Is it worth it to wait till spring for USC?
