Hi,
Some universities start their spring deadline in July end. So, you won't be able to apply to these universities. There are also many universities that have deadlines till October-November. If you are satisfied to apply to these universities then go for spring otherwise opt for fall. (Assuming GRE would take 2 months, TOEFL 1 month, and SOP, LOR 3-4 weeks. A total time of around 3 to 3.5 months from now. ) You can check the deadline of the universities in the link below:

Depending on how much time you require for GRE. Your timeline to apply for either spring 2023 or fall 2023 will change. It will require atleast 3 months to compete everything from now.
