Chances in scholarship depends on university as well as the exact course. Research based course usually provide financial assistance but last longer. Professional courses are expensive. Also since you will switch your stream from mechanical to it, maybe the top universities be a little out of reach. I will suggest first evaluate your profile(either by peers, or by college finder app on yocket or using some consulting service) and then filter down scholarships.
