Most of the German Universities and Colleges require at least a 60% score in 12th grade as their eligibility criteria. What you can do is, you can build your profile with extra-curriculars like projects, internships, etc to support your profile.

Also, you can start preparing for the IELTS/TOEFL/SAT/ACT exam which will help you to ace the admission process.
