Harsh, it's definitely possible if you are done with your IELTS/TOEFL and GRE exams. 
You can shortlsit and start applying to Universities if you have these scores in your hand.

You need to make haste though. Apply to the Univeristies before March ends.

Bro honestly the first round of admits have been rolled. If you apply now you will be applying for the remaining seats so potentially yours chances of getting an admit goes down to somewhere around 30 percent. It will be a different scenario if have an exceptional profile. Also if you haven’t given GRE or TOEFL/IELTS than you can go for colleges that don’t require GRE. TOEFL is easy and you prepare in 4-5 days and book the exam date and give.
