You can check the university website if you want to stay on campus or near the university. Universities also often offer twin sharing. You can also check out websites like Student/dot/com or apartment lists if you want private students' accommodations.

It will be easier for you to connect to relevant people for the same. You can also find and connect with students using the Yocket Connect feature: https://yocket.com/connect. Just enter your university details and you will see the list of students for specified college/university.
