The only admit I have this from NEU MS CS.

Rejects from UCLA UCSD USC UCI USC GaTech UMD

Should I go for NEU or wait and apply again in Spring 19.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thinking abt applying to USC(CPGA will be around 8.7-8.8 by that time) TAMU NYU Courant in spring

NEU is a great university for CS. Maybe you could ask NEU to defer your admission to fall 2019. Once you increase your CGPA apply to these universities again.

Check out the transfer policies of neu. In some colleges, smooth transfers are possible but I'm not quite sure how those things work
